Ever since Dr. Bernasek recommended me for my hip replacement, I look no further than FOI for my many orthopedic needs. Recently I was scheduled for foot surgery with Dr. Epting. His Administrative Assistance, Brian, who, from my first encounter has emphasized what is exceptional about the staff at the Citrus Park location. All the staff there have impressed me including the Physical Therapy providers before and after my hip surgery.
I worked in a medical office and spent 20 years as a practicing Perinatal RN, so I am especially cognizant of how each of the personnel set a tone for patients. Would that all medical practices could shine like the Citrus Park FOI!
