Florida Orthopaedic Institute’s newest location; Cypress Surgery Center is located at 5016 W. Cypress St. It is just south of Tampa International Airport in the Westshore business district, on W. Cypress St. between W. Northshore Blvd. on the east, and Memorial Highway to the west.
Driving directions from I-275:
- Take Westshore Blvd. North
- Go to the first stoplight (W. Cypress St.) and turn left.
- Destination will be on the left (to the south) in 2 and ½ blocks at 5016 W. Cypress St.
- If you pass the 7-11, you’ve gone too far west.
