Office closures due to Hurricane Milton

As we prepare for the arrival of Hurricane Milton to the region, the following offices will be closed Tuesday, October 8 through Thursday, October 10.

Hillsborough County:

• Northdale
• Riverview
• South Tampa – Dale Mabry
• Sun City Center

Pasco County:

• New Port Richey
• Trinity
• Wesley Chapel

Pinellas County:

• Bardmoor
• Clearwater – Countryside
• Clearwater – Jeffords Suite C & D
• Clearwater – Morton Plant
• Palm Harbor – Hwy 19
• Palm Harbor – Tampa Rd – closing at noon
• South Pasadena
• St. Petersburg – 4th St
• St. Petersburg – 7th St
• St. Petersburg – Central

Polk County:

• Lakeland – Lakeland will be open Tuesday, October 8 until 2 PM.

The following offices will be closed Wednesday, October 9 – Thursday, October 10.

Alachua County:

• Gainesville

Marion County:

• Ocala

All offices are projected to open normal business hours Friday, October 11.

For any offices that charge patients a no-show fee; we will be waiving this fee for patients on Tuesday – Thursday of this week.
