About Erin Crutchfield
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Tampa.
Erin works alongside Dr. Echols, treating shoulder and elbow conditions as well as sports medicine injuries. She is committed to providing patient-centered care and serving as an extension of Dr. Echols’ practice to ensure patients have timely access to evaluation and treatment for their orthopedic conditions.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also enjoys going to the beach, watching sports, weightlifting, and reading.
