For conditions such as Carpal Tunnel, Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, Thumb Basal joint arthritis surgery, Tennis Elbow, and Rotator Cuff problems, he uses arthroscopic surgery or small incision techniques.

He is a member of multiple medical organizations, including the American Academy of orthopedic surgeons, the Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Lopez enjoys participating in endurance sports such as triathlons and marathons. He has run in both the Boston and the New York City Marathons and competed in several Triathlons. He enjoys spending time with his family traveling, biking, running, and swimming in his spare time.
