About Nicholas Cieslak
Nick is a board-certified physician assistant who earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He started his career as a physician assistant in Florida Orthopaedic Institute’s urgent care and has since specialized in upper extremity shoulder and elbow surgery under the supervision of Dr. Mighell.
Nick specializes in the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the shoulder and elbow, with a focus on both nonoperative and surgical care. He works closely with patients to diagnose their condition, develop an individualized treatment plan, and guide them throughout their recovery. His approach to patient care is centered on education, communication, and shared decision-making. His goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while helping each patient return to the activities and quality of life that are important to them.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time on the golf course and staying active. He is also a passionate Wisconsin sports fan and enjoys cheering on his favorite teams, especially the Green Bay Packers. He values spending time with family and friends while enjoying the warm Florida sunshine.
