About Joyce George
Joyce earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society and Alpha Epsilon Lambda. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, where she was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa; and a diploma in Medical Assisting from Allied Medical and Technical Careers in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Joyce works alongside Dr. Sang Choi, treating patients with hand, elbow, hip, knee, and foot conditions, as well as a variety of fractures. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, just as she would want to be treated herself. Joyce understands that injuries and surgery can be stressful, and she is committed to providing compassionate, empathetic care that helps patients feel supported throughout their treatment.
Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also appreciates living in an area with so many opportunities to explore and enjoys taking advantage of everything it has to offer.

I always treat patients with kindness and respect, the same as I would want to be treated. It is always a very stressful time for patients whether undergoing surgery or having had an injury and it is reassuring to have a caring and empathetic practitioner.
