About Anthony Hudson
Tony earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Science from the University of South Florida.
Before becoming a physician assistant, Tony served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, providing emergency and trauma care, including deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Tony is a certified physician assistant at Florida Orthopaedic Institute specializing in hand and upper extremity conditions. He works closely with Dr. Alfred Hess to diagnose, treat, and guide patients through both nonsurgical and surgical care. His clinical background includes hand and upper extremity care, sports medicine, trauma, and urgent orthopedic injuries.
Tony has a special interest in patient education and believes that understanding a diagnosis and treatment options is essential to successful outcomes. He takes the time to explain conditions, treatment plans, and recovery expectations so patients feel informed and confident throughout their care.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, mountain biking, golfing, and participating in a variety of sports. He also serves as an assistant coach for the boys lacrosse team at Bloomingdale High School.
