About Dr. Schwartz
Craig A. Schwartz, MD is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His area of expertise includes the treatment of spine injuries, sports medicine, osteoporosis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. He also performs electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCV) which aid in the diagnosis of various nerve and muscle injuries.
Dr. Schwartz’s hometown is Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree in economics at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. He then went on to medical school at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Following obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Schwartz completed an internship at Georgia Baptist Hospital in Atlanta followed by his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Emory University. During his residency, he served as chief resident in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Schwartz enjoys building close relationships with his patients and helping them return to an active lifestyle. He is known to patients as a dedicated physician and a “good listener”. He believes the best outcomes are achieved after truly listening and spending time with patients.
When not busy helping patients, Dr. Schwartz can often be found out exercising. He enjoys fitness training, basketball, as well as spending time with family.
