About Rebekah Anderson
Rebekah is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedic care. A Florida native, she was raised in Tampa and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida, where she was also a Division I women’s soccer student-athlete. Her background as a collegiate athlete helped develop her discipline, teamwork, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Rebekah went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, where she served as Vice President of her PA program’s Class of 2025. During her clinical year, she completed rotations in family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, behavioral health, women’s health, vascular surgery, emergency medicine, and orthopedic surgery. She returned home to Florida to start her career in orthopedic surgery.
Rebekah treats patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She believes in taking the time to listen to each patient, understand how their condition affects their daily life, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with their individual goals. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, patient education, and shared decision-making. Whether treating an acute injury or helping a patient manage a chronic orthopedic condition, Rebekah strives to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. She is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy and improving their overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. Her background as a Division I soccer player continues to influence her love of sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and watching sports whenever she can, and she especially enjoys supporting the Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Rebekah is also a big foodie and coffee enthusiast who enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
