He has authored multiple research articles published in prestigious journals and several book chapters. He also serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. His professional memberships include the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Society, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopic Association of North America.

In addition to his role at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Haidamous holds an academic position as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Orthopedic Residency program at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
