About Cierra Larris

Cierra is a family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in both health sciences and nursing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida before obtaining her nursing degree from Santa Fe College. She later completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of West Florida.

Cierra began her nursing career in the intensive care unit before spending the majority of her clinical experience as a perioperative nurse at the UF Health outpatient surgical center. These diverse experiences have shaped her patient-centered approach and her commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve their best health and believes patients should be active participants in their healthcare. By fostering open communication, education, and collaboration, Cierra empowers her patients to make informed decisions and become equal partners in their care.

Outside of work, Cierra spends most of her spare time watching sports, particularly basketball, which is enjoyed and loved by her entire family.
