No, you do not need to update your insurance or personal information. All of our electronic records and billing systems remain the same.
No, we accept bill claims on your behalf from the same comprehensive list of insurances.
Our inbound call centers and referral pathways will not change. All workflows for electronic referrals, inbound faxes, and phone numbers for your local orthopedic providers will not change.
Our list of contracted insurances and billing processes will not change as we have merged these systems already.
Our providers collect patient reported outcomes, and we will continue to send you encounter records such as the assessment and plan.
