I’m David Reina and I’m a chiropractor. My specialty interest is in clinical and functional neurology, and I’ve been practicing with the Florida Orthopaedic Institute since 2003. I met my wife in Atlanta Georgia. We were married in 1991. We have four children who live here in Tampa. I love spending time with them and they make my life whole. I practiced for about 15 years on my own private practice, and I was hired by Florida Orthopaedic Institute in 2003 and I’ve never met a group of physicians more dedicated to outcomes and actually wanting to help people as much as the partners that I work with. It’s absolutely amazing and makes me a better physician.
My patient care philosophy and I try to emphasize this with my staff is to help people. We’re going to help people. We have people that come in that are in pain, they’re vulnerable, that are having difficulty understanding what their condition, is and it affects families. So we’re going to help people with the training and functional and clinical neurology. We’re trying to not only look at the area where a patient may hurt but other areas that may be contributing their condition as well. The thing I like best about my practice is treating patients without medications and surgery and watching the ability of the body to recuperate on its own. I think that’s amazing. I’ve been practicing with Florida Orthopaedic Institute for now 16 years I’m still excited about keeping the community active.
