Our Citrus Park, Northdale, and Wesley Chapel locations have reopened for clinic appointments and physical therapy visits. Our South Tampa and Brandon Urgent Cares are open with extended hours, 8am-8pm Monday – Thursday, 8am-4pm Friday and 8am-3pm Saturday.

Dr. Eldayrie is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Florida where he served as chief resident. He completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship where he trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound guided procedures including steroid, viscosupplementation and platelet rich plasma injections.
Dr. Eldayrie has presented many sports-related injury cases as a part of the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine. His specific areas of interest include sports injuries, running medicine, dance medicine, sport-related concussions, regenerative medicine and treatment and prevention of arthritis. He has served as team physician for numerous collegiate and professional sports organizations.
Dr. Eldayrie is a member of numerous organizations including the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. He also has participated in global outreach initiatives, providing medical care to citizens in Nicaragua and Thailand. He has received awards for scholarship and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. Eldayrie takes pride in the treatment of patients of all levels of activity. He is committed to getting people with injuries and ailments back to doing what they love. He believes in a team-based approach with the patient and physician relationship at the forefront of medical care. Dr. Eldayrie treats every patient as if they were a member of his own family.
In his spare time, Dr. Eldayrie enjoys spending time with his wife, Carleigh, and his son, Elias. He also enjoys exercising, playing hockey, watching professional and college sports and tournament bass fishing.
