We appreciate your interest in Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI) as a potential sponsor and look forward to receiving your sponsorship proposal.
Each year FOI receives hundreds of proposals for a variety of initiatives, programs, and events. While we are pleased there are so many volunteers and organizations working to make a difference in our community, we are focused on those initiatives that align with our overall community goals.
In an effort to properly process all of the requests for community support, in the form of sponsorships, we require all submissions to occur through our online application system. Those proposals that meet specific guidelines, and further FOI’s strategic goals and objectives, will be considered. Applications that are faxed, mailed, or otherwise not received via our online application system will not be considered.
FOI’s sponsorship and donation committee meets monthly to review and award the sponsorships. Generally speaking, a minimum of 60 days prior to the event is recommended for submittal; however, the more lead time you provide between the submission of your sponsorship proposal and the deadline for inclusion, the better the chances that we will be able to participate. FOI receives numerous requests for community support throughout the year for a variety of sponsorships and regrettably is not able to support all of the requests.
All requestors will receive written notice either via e-mail or by letter of the committee’s decision.
