Finding the best surgeon for me was a serious thing. I read alot of reviews and spoke with alot of friends. I am so glad I found FOI and Dr Garcia. He operated on both of my shoulders for rotator cuff injuries between 2012 and 2018, and I can truly say he is a very competent surgeon who cares about his patients. Even though at times he was very busy he always took time to answer every question I had and I never felt rushed. I have recommended him to many friends, coworkers and acquaintances.
