Michael J. Garcia, M.D.
Dr. Garcia joined Florida Orthopaedic Institute in 2009. An undergraduate of the University of Florida at Gainesville, Dr. Garcia received his medical degree from the University of South Florida, College of Medicine in 2003. After completing a residency in orthopedic surgery from Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, Dr. Garcia completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery from Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Garcia is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also a Candidate Member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Garcia enjoys traveling, playing golf, and playing the guitar.
