Position Summary
Seeking help desk technician to provide first-level support via phone & remote connection tools. The help desk technician creates, assigns, monitors, and resolves tickets within a ticketing system. Documents all issues reported via telephone or walk-ups. Requires strong troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Technical training and at least 2 years experience required.

Position Summary
Primary responsibility of Orthopaedic Technicians is apply casts and splints as prescribed by physicians. Orthopaedic Technicians also measure, fit and dispense all types of off the shelf and custom bracing (DME), and are responsible for all associated paperwork. Orthopaedic Technicians also provide patients with basic information about the use and care of their casts and DME. Technicians assist physicians with various minor in-office surgical procedures.

Position Summary : At FOI, physical therapists specialize in providing therapy services in outpatient Orthopaedics. This includes clinical evaluation, assessment, development of plan of care, and implementation of treatment. Physical therapy services may include therapeutic exercise, modalities, manual therapies, and other rehabilitative treatments. Therapists will be responsible for the supervision and delegation of patient care responsibilities to other members of the therapy staff. The physical therapist will work in a team environment along with other physical therapists, physicians, physical therapist assistants, certified athletic trainers, and other members of the health care team. Therapists may also participate in community education and research activities in order to best serve our clients within our community.
